Please carefully read all information on the type of delivery options you have for your order. The delivery of large safes is a very sensitive operation, and we supply this information to ensure you
receive the product you ordered in the best condition possible.
There are 3 ways to receive your order from us:
1) Local Professional Delivery and Installation (up to 3500 lbs)

If you intend on having us personally deliver and install your safe please call us at 604-561-2971 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a delivery quote and/or place your order. Please do not place your order through our website as its not setup to properly quote delivery and installation services.
For local delivery and installation service we’ll need to discuss a few things to make sure we understand what’s required and provide a fair quote for what’s involved.
2) Local Pickup at Our Port Coquitlam Warehouse
If picking up your order from us please contact us in advance at 604-561-2971 or at email@example.com to schedule your pickup date and time. The address for the pickup will be confirmed when you contact us to schedule.
3) Have Your Order Shipped Via 3rd Party Freight Carrier
If you’re not local to us we can ship products anywhere in Canada. To have us ship an order you can either check out using the website shopping cart where shipping rate options will automatically be calculated at checkout, or you can call us at 604-561-2971 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your order and receive a shipping quote in advance. If you can’t add an item to the cart it likely means the product is a special order item or it’s backordered and temporarily out of stock. Shipped orders will be sent by one of the two methods below….
Shipped Orders Under 150 lbs – Parcel Service
All packages less than 150 pounds are delivered to your home or business front door via the selected parcel carrier such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or Canpar during normal business hours. There is no advance appointment call made. A signature will be required. If you do not want to have to be present to sign for the delivery please let us know in advance so we can de-select that requirement when booking the shipment.
Shipped Orders Over 150 lbs - Pallet Freight Service (Curbside Delivery)
Here are the typical events when shipping a pallet as LTL freight…
Depending on the indicated lead time on your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped with your tracking number.
After your item has shipped and it arrives at your local terminal, you will receive a telephone call from the freight company to schedule the delivery date. The freight company will schedule a delivery appointment with you for the day of delivery only (not a specific time).
Freight companies will deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday only. Because Mondays are heavy commercial delivery days, some terminals will avoid scheduling residential deliveries on Mondays.
You must be present or have someone there to inspect and sign for the product. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
Freight shipping is always a curbside delivery unless otherwise specified. This means the carrier will take the shipment off the truck but is not obligated to take it farther than that. If you'd like to make special arrangements at an additional cost to have the safe brought inside your garage or to the threshold (just outside your door) please let us know so we can quote this for you and inform the carrier.
If there is even the slightest damage on the shipment, note the damage on the receipt you receive and sign from the delivery staff, also take pictures of this damage for documentation purposes as this is the only way we can file a damage claim for compensation from the freight company.
*Safes Over 2000 lbs.
Commercial truck liftgates will only handle safes up to 2000 pounds. Safes over 2000 pounds will require a forklift or loading dock on site to receive the safe. If you do not have either of these items, we can recommend a company in your local area that can receive and deliver your safe.
